At Velo Orange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cycling gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, hardware, and instruction manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
